Red Fox

Courtesy of MakieLab, meet MiniNator's 2D avatar. MiniNator is an online name digitally generated by the site. It is all she has until I establish her real name.

After umming and ahing over wig choices for ever I finally decided to try out this Scarlette style - would that be Scarlett Johansson or Scarlett O'Hara? The latter is fiery chestnut isn't she and Johansson is blonde? It features a full fringe or bangs. The extreme length, 'Perfect for combing and braiding,' is challenging but should allow for adjustments or up-styling.

The wig shade is described on MakieLab's web site as copper and it shows up strong and bright. Already it has inspired a foxy-top.

Diary of a Wardrobe.

16th December
This is Pomfrey, who the 3D machines are currently clicking and clattering away at producing in London's MakieLab. As his outfit is going to be somewhat limited and thin for current winter weather in the Northern hemisphere, I am anxious to make him a few more items. The problem is choosing a design range suitable to his newly imagined lifestyle that is, more future than past; inventive and reflective; full of the new. Something that suggests ideas taking flight. This is why I also ordered him a pair of of 3D printed flying shoes.

Events caught up with that sort of pre-preparedness as the boy himself appeared.

This was good as it gave a better idea of which colours might suit him. Every doll so far seems to need a different colour range and he is no exception. These Moda fabrics from BasicGrey's Persimmon collection seem to have just the right tones. With names like Crumb Cake, Apple Crisp, Sweet Potato and Harvest Cider it is no surprise that Pomfrey approves them! Now we just have to work out the style patterns.
